Summit Hotel Seoul Dongdaemun

I had a great stay at The Summit Hotel Dongdaemun. The location was perfect, close to the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. I especially loved the super clean bathroom with the 'smart' toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Conveniently located between 2 subway lines, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Many restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. Airport shuttle right outside the door. Free daily mineral water.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to shopping malls and the subway. the airport bus stopped right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The staff was not very helpful and accommodating. We arrived at 8am, but despite the vacant room, we were not allowed to check-in until 2pm.

The hotel is conveniently located near the popular DDP area and the bustling Dongdaemun shopping district. It is also within walking distance to various transportation options. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. The staff, although not always friendly, are helpful and can communicate in English. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport for added convenience.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It was so convenient to have the Dongdaemun shopping area nearby, as well as being situated between two train stations with access to four different subway lines. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit attractions like DDP. Plus, we couldn't resist the delicious street foods just steps away from the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities and transportation options were great.

The housekeeping service is really good - they even took care of shopping bags left outside the room. I had a great stay at Summit Hotel Dongdaemun.

It is also conveniently located near a station with three subway lines, making it convenient to explore different parts of the city. The front desk staff are helpful and speak good English. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Dongdaemun shopping area and several subway stations, making it easy to get around.

The hotel could improve the room isolation and window insulation for a more comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul. Firstly, the location was perfect for exploring the famous Dongdaemun shopping district. It was just a stone's throw away, making it really convenient for me to shop to my heart's content. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left my identification material in a taxi. Their efficiency and effectiveness truly impressed me. Lastly, the room, although not big, was cozy and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities I needed, including two double beds. The attention to detail in providing a comfortable stay was definitely present.
